Building interest
A genuine hot meme, the Lego Mac story has taken on a life of its own.
MacObserver, MacAddict, Politiken of Denmark (home of Lego) and MacityNet of Italy are the latest newsmedia outlets to adorn the coloured one, like kings to the baby Jesus.
Also add Macintouch and dozens of weblogs (14th hottest blog topic in the world today) to the media mix. But it’s not just geek press - even our very own South Wales Echo is to run a piece.
All of which ramps up the little bugger’s auction price something stupid. From a paltry £87.92 at time of writing, a Mac made of Lego will now set you back a cool £275.
