New citizen journo effort underway right now

Are these the very first pictures from the scene of the latest London bomb scare… ?

These were taken by Adam Randall with his SonyEricsson K700i phone and sent to his moblog at 13:38, where one person told him: “Send these to sky new(s) dude”. All the credit his.

And that is how this stuff works.

Viewers of this picture say “Nevemind CNN…i’m reading alfie’s moblog”, “Moblog TV … we’re always first with breaking news!” and “good good, hanks alfie, beter than the news mate!”.

UPDATE: Pictures are now appearing on Flickr as people find a docking station for their digital cameras…

BBC News has posted a gallery of readers’ photos after earlier soliciting pictures and eyewitness reports. The Guardian did the same.

And according to BBC News, “Police has called (sic) for anyone with mobile images or video to e-mail them. They have asked that anyone with images relevant to the incident should send them through the www.police.uk website.”

It added: “Directly following the incidents two weeks ago in London, mobile phone images and videos flooded into news websites, as well as blogs and photo sharing websites.”

Ich spreche leider kein Englisch.Möchte aber dem englischen Volk meine tiefe Anteilnahme aussprechen.

Ich bewundere die Menschen,die trotz der Verbrechen durch Terroristen ihren Mut behalten.

Das Eingreifen Ihrer Polizei finde ich gerechtfertigt.So sollte es jedem Ergehen, der vor der Polizei flüchtet.Nur so kann dem Terror ein Ende bereitet werden!!

Kann auch leider kein Englisch aber das verhalten der Enlischen Polizei ist richtig. Jeder der flüchtet hat doch was zu verbergen. Schade das die Deutsche Polizei nicht so handelt. In Deutschland werden ja die Verbrechen noch geschützt.Und der Ausländer hat mehr Rechte wie ein Deutscher hier im Lande.

das klingt sehr Links orintiert.. Ich hoffe du kommst mal nicht in eine Situation wo du laufen musst und jemand steht hinter dir und schießt einfach so….

Je mehr man über die Anschläge spricht und die Mörder sogar noch per Foto zeigt, steigt das Ansehen dieser in ihren Kreisen und motiviert noch mehr junge unwissende, mit Gehirnwäsche behaftetet und fanatische Leute, ihnen nachzutuhn.

Es gibt ein Sprichwort: Schweigen und Machen. Das rate ich der Polizei. Schlagt zu aber verherrlicht nicht diese Mörder

Sorry leider ist mein Englisch nicht gut.

Es ist zwar schade das ein Mensch zur falschen Zeit am falschen Platz war, nur so etwas würde es in Germany nicht geben—leider werden hier die Geschädigten als Täter hin gestellt.

Die “Grünen” sorgen schon dafür.

Ich wünsche den Menschen in England alles Gute für die Zukunft

und der Polizei –macht weiterhin eine gute Arbeit für die Gerechtigkeit und dem Frieden.

Mein Englisch wäre sicher gut genug. Aber dann würdet Ihr es nicht verstehen. Ihr begreift schon jetzt nicht den Unterschied zwischen den ‘Grünen’ und denen, die sich für Menschenrechte einsetzen. Nicht immer Mallorca am Strand. Geht einmal nach Soveto und fragt wie das ist: erst schießen und dann fragen.
